Cleveland State Suspends Vinny Zollo For Violation of Team Rules

Senior forward Vinny Zollo has been suspended for the next three games due to a ‘violation of team rules,’ Cleveland State announced this afternoon.

CSU released the following statement:

"Cleveland State forward Vinny Zollo will miss the Vikings' next three games due to a violation of team rules."

Zollo's suspension begins tonight when the Vikings travel to Youngstown State.

A senior from Greenfield, Ohio, Zollo has averaged 6.7 points and 5.5 rebounds this season.

He started the first 21 games for the Vikings, but lost his starting spot to freshmen Jibri Blount and has been coming off the bench in the last four games.
